Horse Area
The clear reason we build on 7.5ton-26ton Vehicles  is to be ensure that you operate within the required weight limit for multiples of horses. Our horse areas whilst of a proven format can be individually designed to incorporate all your requirements.  As with all our work, the horse area is classically constructed to offer durability with a quality finish.

Many options of ventilation are available.  All our horse areas naturally come with large windows to the fore and vent windows to the rear.  No window however large is efficient without a vent window to create an airflow across the area. Roof vents are a further form of ventilation, We fit coach quality glass  vents that can stand up to exterior wind pressures during travelling. We can also fit the latest Defra regulation extraction fans with thermostatic control from the driver seat.

A full length stainless steel blanket rack is fitted to the rear at high level in order keep all your rugs tidily out of the way. There are many other options to suit individual requirements including Horse camera's, GRP or aluminium walk-up gates, Foals gates, LED night running lights and feed bins. 
Our horse areas are designed to be safe, hygienic and inviting for the horses. We use tubular stainless steel for our partition frames with an option of aluminium  to suit individual needs, all with either plastic, GRP or cushioned pads and rubber skirts to ensure safe & hygienic separation during transit, with all materials used designed to be easily cleaned. Floors are all constructed with heavy duty aluminium planking  covered with either one piece or loose lay rubber matting, edged with urine trough with multiple drainage outlets.
